We are OnLoop, a company registered in India at 2nd G Cross Rd, OMBR layout, Banaswadi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043.
We operate the website https://onloop.so and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").
OnLoop is an AI chief of staff for busy professionals, founders, and knowledge workers. Users save articles, tasks, emails, and commitments via a Chrome extension or WhatsApp. Every morning, Loop sends a personalised WhatsApp brief with their top priorities for the day. Users reply to act on items directly from WhatsApp without opening any app.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OnLoop. By accessing the Services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We will notify you of scheduled changes via hello@onloop.so. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the modified terms.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Minors must have parental permission and supervision.
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution where such use would be contrary to law. Those who access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
OnLoop complies with: GDPR (EU users), India DPDP Act 2023 (Indian users), COPPA (US users under 13), and WhatsApp Business Policy (Twilio/Meta compliance).
We own or are the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including source code, databases, software, designs, and graphics (the "Content"), as well as trademarks and logos (the "Marks"). These are protected by copyright and trademark laws worldwide.
The Content and Marks are provided "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Subject to compliance with these Legal Terms and the Prohibited Activities section, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download content for personal, non-commercial use.
No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, or exploited for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Contact hello@onloop.so for permissions.
Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach and your right to use the Services will terminate immediately.
By sending us any feedback or information ("Submissions"), you assign all intellectual property rights to us. We may use Submissions for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation.
If you post Contributions through the Services, you grant us an unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such Contributions for any purpose. You retain ownership but warrant that your Contributions are original and do not infringe third-party rights.
We may remove or edit any Contributions at any time if we consider them harmful or in breach of these Legal Terms.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not under the age of 13; (5) you are not a minor, or if a minor, you have received parental permission; (6) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (7) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (8) your use will not violate any applicable law.
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for all use of your account.
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UPI.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. All payments are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time and reserve the right to refuse any order.
Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. The length of your billing cycle depends on the subscription plan you choose.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Email hello@onloop.so with questions.
We may change subscription fees from time to time and will communicate price changes in accordance with applicable law.
We may include software (such as our Chrome extension) for use with the Services. If no EULA accompanies the software, we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, non-transferable license to use it solely in connection with the Services. Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty.
You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. As a user, you agree not to:
The Services may allow you to create, submit, post, or broadcast content ("Contributions"). Contributions may be viewable by other users. When you create Contributions, you represent and warrant that they: do not infringe third-party rights; are original or you have the necessary permissions; are accurate and not misleading; are not illegal or objectionable; do not violate privacy rights; do not relate to child exploitation; and do not violate any provision of these Legal Terms.
By posting Contributions, you grant us an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, distribute, display, translate, and create derivative works from such Contributions for any purpose. You waive all moral rights in your Contributions. We are not liable for statements in your Contributions. We may edit, redact, re-categorize, or delete Contributions at any time without notice.
The Services may contain links to Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content. We are not responsible for Third-Party content, accuracy, privacy practices, or policies. Accessing Third-Party Websites is at your own risk. Any purchases made through Third-Party Websites are exclusively between you and the applicable third party.
We reserve the right to: monitor the Services for violations; take appropriate legal action against violators; restrict or disable any Content at our sole discretion; remove files that are burdensome to our systems; and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and property.
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://onloop.so/privacy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. The Services are hosted in Singapore. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any material available through the Services infringes your copyright, please notify us immediately using the contact information below. You may be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in your notification.
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may deny access, terminate your account, or delete any content at any time without warning at our sole discretion. If your account is terminated, you are prohibited from creating a new account without our permission.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove Services content at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance. We do not guarantee the Services will be available at all times.
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of India. OnLoop and you irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Legal Terms.
The parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other.
Any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber according to its Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1). The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India. The language of proceedings shall be English. Governing law: substantive law of India.
Any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually. No class-action arbitration is permitted.
The following disputes are not subject to arbitration: intellectual property rights enforcement; allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and claims for injunctive relief.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information on the Services at any time without prior notice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS, PERSONAL INJURY, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR SERVERS, INTERRUPTIONS TO THE SERVICES, BUGS OR VIRUSES, OR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER SHALL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of: (1) your Contributions; (2) use of the Services; (3) breach of these Legal Terms; (4) breach of your representations and warranties; (5) violation of third-party rights; or (6) any harmful act toward another user.
We maintain certain data you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing performance. You are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data.
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that all agreements and notices provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not operate as a waiver. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time. If any provision is found unlawful, it shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship between you and us.
